Al-Ahly, Zamalek and Al-Ittihad achieved their third win in the first-round competitions of the first to eighth place in the Super Basketball League.
Al-Ahly beat Misr Insurance 78-53 in the match held at Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Hall, in the third round of the Super League standings.
Zamalek beat Vanguards of the Army 89-75 in their head-to-head match at the Vanguards of the Army gym.
Al-Ittihad also beat Al-Jazeera 88-51 in their head-to-head match at the Dr. Kamal Shalabi Hall in Alexandria.
Smuha beat Telecom Egypt 78-60 at the Alexandria Hall, in the third round of the Basket Super League.
Based on these results, the league standings are as follows:
Al-Ittihad is first in the standings with 6 points and has +87
Al-Ahly is second with 6 points and has +66
Zamalek is third with 6 points and has +30
Army vanguards fourth with 4 points
The island is fifth with 4 points
Smuhha sixth with 4 points
Misr Insurance seventh with 3 points
Telecom Egypt eighth with 3 points.
