The Jan. 6 group released a report detailing Trump’s “conspiracy.”

The House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 riots is expected to release Donald Trump’s tax returns on Friday, a congressional aide said.

The commission voted last week to release Mr. Trump’s statements, with some redactions of sensitive information such as Social Security numbers and contact information.

Meanwhile, the Jan. 6 commission released another batch of transcripts, including another pair of interviews with the former the White House helper Cassidy Hutchinson and other Trump employees of the administration.

The committee issued its final report on the pro-Trump insurgency last Thursday and is now in the process of releasing interview transcripts on which it is based.

The panel conducted more than 1,000 interviews in the course of its 18-month investigation into the violence at the U.S. Capitol that followed Donald Trumpelection defeat by Joe Biden.

The committee will officially shut down when the GOP-controlled House begins its next session on Jan. 3.

In her interview in May, Ms Hutchinson told the committee she remembered Marjorie Taylor Green discussing QAnon with Mr. Trump during a rally in Georgia on January 4, 2021.

Cassidy Hutchinson told the committee on Jan. 6 that Taylor Green discussed QAnon with Trump

A former aide to Mark Meadows told the committee in two interviews that the far-right conspiracy theory had been discussed in White House circles.

She told the panel in her June interview that QAnon was discussed during a December 2020 meeting between Donald Trump and Republican lawmakers, including Marjory Taylor Green.

“However, I do recall that Marjorie Taylor Green brought up QAnon several times, in the presence of the president, privately with Mark,” Ms. Hutchinson testified.

“I remember Mark having a few conversations as well – more specific to the QAnon stuff and more about the idea they had with the election and, you know, less about planning the January 6th rally.”

She also said in her May interview that Ms. Green raised QAnon with Mr. Trump at a rally in Georgia on January 4, 2021.

“Ms Green came and started talking to us about QAnon and QAnon going to the rally, and she had a lot of constituents who are QAnon, and they were all going to be there,” Ms Hutchinson said.

“And she was showing him pictures of them traveling to Washington, D.C., for the rally on the 6th.”
