The program of the Egyptian national team was as follows:

Egypt x Croatia (Friday 13 January at 21:30)

Egypt x Morocco (Sunday 15 January at 19:00)

Egypt x America (Tuesday, January 17, 7 p.m.)

The top three teams from the first round groups qualify for the main round.

The teams from Group G, which includes Egypt, are drawn alongside the qualifiers from Group H, which includes the teams of Denmark, winner of the championship in the last two editions, Tunisia, Bahrain and Belgium.

Thus, there will be an expected confrontation between Egypt and Denmark in the main round competitions.

The last clash between the national teams of Egypt and Denmark at the last World Cup in 2021 was in the quarter-finals and witnessed a great excitement that ended in a penalty shootout.

The Danish national team won the then match with a score of 39-38, after a penalty shootout after the end of regular time with a tie 28-28 and overtime also with a tie of 34-34.
