Al-Nasr Club earned a hard-fought victory over their Gulf counterpart, 1-0, in the match that brought them together this evening, Saturday, in the Saudi Professional League competition.

Al-Nasr vs Al-Khaleej match was held at Prince Muhammad bin Fahd Stadium in Saudi League Round 11.

The only goal of the match fell to Al-Nasser through Vincent Abu Bakr in the fifth minute.

With this result, Al-Nasr topped the Saudi League with 26 points from 11 rounds, noting that second-placed Al-Shabab (25 points) have a postponed match with third-placed Al-Ittihad, while Al-Khalij are in fifteenth place with 4 points.

And Al-Nasr announced his contract with Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo yesterday, Friday, in a historic deal until 2025 and is expected to join the team’s training within days.

In the same round, Al-Hilal were trapped with a draw against Damak, 2-2, in the meeting that brought them together at the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium.

Al-Hilal’s goals were scored by Odion Ighalo and Luciano Vietto in the 38th and 51st minutes, while Damak scored in the 75th and 90th + 1 minute.

With this result, Al-Hilal remains in fifth place in the standings with 22 points, followed by Damak in sixth place with 18 points.
