A source at Al-Ahly Club revealed the fate of the case of Abdullah Al-Saeed, the Pyramids player, after the appeal filed by Red Castle was rejected.

The Federal Court of Switzerland has ruled to reject Al-Ahly’s appeal regarding the admissibility of the International Court of Sports to hear the appeal filed by Abdullah Al-Saeed, the midfielder of the first football team of Pyramids Club, against the decision of the Egyptian Sports Settlement and Arbitration Center.

It should be noted that Abdullah Al-Sayed was obliged to pay an amount of 2 million dollars to Al-Ahly Club, which is the value of the agreed penalty stipulated in the contract for the sale of the player from Red Castle to Saudi Al-Ahly Club, due to breach by the player of the terms of the contract.

The source said in exclusive statements to Laila Koura that Abdullah Al Said has resorted to the International Court of Sports following the decision to confiscate his assets to pay $2 million, which accepted the hearing of his appeal against the decision of the Center for Settlement and Arbitration International Sports Discussion of the final decision of the Egyptian Dispute Settlement and Arbitration Center.

He added that today’s decision means nothing more than returning the matter to the International Court of Sports, which will discuss the matter and issue its decision, and Al-Ahli will appoint a lawyer to defend the decision of the Center for Settlement and Arbitration.
